|Recommended: YesI have lived in many apartment settings across many states and there are a few things I really appreciate about River Quarry staff. Recently they have redone the asphalt in the parking lots, trimmed trees, added wood chips to the gardens and redone the walkways with stone. It is really pretty here and these kind of interventions show that they care about the appearance of the property. That is not always a common priority of rental properties. Scarlett also helped me transfer to an apartment that better met the needs of my Border Collie and myself. My lease was ending and I didn't have to look at other apartment complexes. The move was very smooth and I appreciate the extra work and support from her and the staff.

|Recommended: YesResort Feel — Love living here, the apartments themselves are very nice and updated but the location is amazing Love walking out in the morning and seeing the lake. The pool hot tub is very well maintained and has a beautiful open landscape of the river. Close to the green belt and all that Boise has to offer. Residents and staff are all very kind. I definitely recommend living here
