How do I qualify for an apartment?

What utilities am I responsible for?

Residents pay for gas (in selected units), trash, electric, phone, water, sewer, and cable.

How do I place a maintenance request?

You may submit on your Resident Portal, contact the office directly, or place a note on the rental drop box. 

Do you allow pets?

River Quarry allows cats, small dogs (under 25 lbs), aquariums up to 10 lbs and caged animals. Please see the Rental Criteria regarding deposits, fees, and restrictions. 

What if I need a Financial Guarantor?
