To make your approval process as smooth as possible, we ask that you provide us with the following information. If we do not revice this information within 48 hours of submitting your application it will result in an automatic denial.
Drivers License (photo ID)
Income verificiation: 1 month of consecutive pay stubs, taxes, offer letter (please call and ask an agent which form of income verification they will need for your file)
3 years consecutive living history (must be provided on the application)*
* If the application does not provide enough space for the 3 years living history please list additional living history on a seperate sheet of paper.
