Q: How do I qualify for an apartment?
Please refer to the Rental Qualifications.
Q: What utilities am I responsible for?
Residents pay for gas (optional), electric, phone and cable. River Quarry takes care of the water, sewer and trash.
Q: Do you allow pets?
River Quarry allows cats, small dogs (under 20 lbs), aquariums up to 10 lbs and caged animals. Please inquire about deposits, fees and restrictions.
Q: How do I place a maintenance request?
You may contact the office directly, place a note in the rental drop box or use our
maintenance request option
. You will need a password to send us a maintenance request via email. Please contact the office for the password.
Q: What if I need a Financial Guarantor?
Please refer to the Financial Guarantor Qualification Requirements.
